Understand Our Role Before You Decide

Before using claimedmeal.living, read this disclaimer. It provides a general template and does not constitute legal advice.

Referrals, Not Property Work

Claimedmeal Septic provides referral and marketing services that connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. Tank pumping, septic system and drain field repairs, sewer line repairs and all other plumbing work are performed by independent providers. Claimedmeal Septic does not carry out work on your property.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

A referral does not endorse a provider. We give no warranty about work quality, timing, price or results, or about provider availability in your area at any particular time. Providers bear responsibility for their licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

General Guidance Has Limits

Website content is general information, not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Septic systems and sewer lines differ between properties. Information relevant to one home may not suit another. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Understanding Cost Figures

Prices mentioned on this website are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Actual costs vary with the job, location, system design, soil conditions and local permit requirements. Obtain a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Coverage Depends on Your Policy

Insurance information here is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a particular problem. Your policy and your insurer's decision determine coverage. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or insurance agent.

Stay Clear of Sewage Hazards

Septic tanks and sewage can present hazards from harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Do not enter a septic tank or work near an open tank. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. Contact local emergency services first when life or safety is at risk.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Claimedmeal Septic for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements.

Limits on Information Accuracy

We make efforts to keep website information correct and current. However, we give no warranty that it is complete or contains no errors.
