How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

A fair and honest experience matters when you contact Claimedmeal Septic. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to raise a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Bring to Us

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience reaching Claimedmeal Septic by phone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems confusing or incorrect
  • Conduct by a provider we referred you to

When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Each is responsible for its quotes, pricing, work and customer service. For a concern about septic, sewer line or plumbing work, the usual first step is to discuss it directly with the provider. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps support honesty within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Claimedmeal Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund payments for provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@claimedmeal.living with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of the issue and the action you would like us to take

How We Review Your Concern

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into the events, which may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply to request another look. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, the state licensing board or local health department may also offer help.
